This Privacy Policy explains how Aarya Health Care Services (“Aarya Hospitals”, “we”, “us”) collects and handles information about patients, attendants, visitors and users of our website and patient mobile app. It is maintained by Aarya Hospitals for our facility in Bowenpally, Secunderabad, Hyderabad.

Information we collect

• Identity & contact details — name, age, gender, address, phone number, email and government ID provided at registration.
• Clinical information — symptoms, diagnoses, prescriptions, lab and radiology reports, procedures, discharge summaries and other records generated during your care.
• Billing information — invoices, payment references and insurance details required to process your visit.
• App & website usage — device information, log data and basic analytics needed to operate the patient app and this website.

How we use your information

• To provide medical care, diagnostics, pharmacy and emergency services.
• To share reports, invoices and appointment details through our patient app.
• To comply with medical, legal, insurance and regulatory requirements.
• To respond to your enquiries and improve our services.

Sharing of information

We share your information only with treating clinicians, in-house pharmacy, laboratory and radiology teams, empanelled insurers or TPAs (with your consent), and government authorities where required by law. We do not sell your personal or health information.

Data retention

Medical records are retained in line with applicable Indian medical record-keeping norms. App and website data is retained only as long as needed for the purpose it was collected.

Security

Access to your records is limited to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis. Digital records in the patient app are protected by account-level authentication. Please keep your app login credentials confidential.

Your choices

You may request access, correction or deletion of your personal information, subject to statutory record-keeping requirements, by contacting us at the details below.

Account deletion

You can delete your Aarya Hospitals patient app account at any time by going to Settings in the app, opening your profile, and selecting Delete Account. When you confirm deletion, your app account and the personal information tied to it will be removed from our active systems.

Please note that deleting your app account does not delete your hospital medical records. Clinical records, billing information and other treatment-related data are retained in line with applicable Indian medical record-keeping and legal requirements even after account deletion. If you also want to request changes to your medical records, please contact us directly.
